Meet Shekinah Reynolds
Shekinah Reynolds is a leader, mentor, and advocate who has spent more than a decade using her voice, platform, and experiences to empower young women. While many know her through her accomplishments in the pageant industry, her greatest testimony is not the crowns she has worn, it is the battle she fought to stay alive.
As a teenager, Shekinah experienced bullying that deeply impacted her self-esteem, confidence, and sense of belonging. The emotional pain became so overwhelming that she reached a point where she attempted to take her own life. In what she now believes was a defining moment of God’s grace, she was given another chance to live. That second chance became the foundation of her purpose and ignited a passion for ensuring that other young women never feel alone in their struggles.
Our mission is to empower young women through education, mentorship, leadership development, and personal growth opportunities that help them recognize their value and potential. We are committed to providing the tools, guidance, and support needed for them to succeed academically, professionally, and personally.

Career Coaching
Career Coaching guides young women in discovering their strengths, goals, and career pathways while providing mentorship and direction. It supports them in making informed decisions that lead to meaningful professional journeys.
Financial Literacy

Self-Esteem Building
